The Kool Elevator Parts podcast focuses on developments and stories within the elevator industry. The company wants to make a young, fresh and friendly appearance, which is reflected in both the intro music and the sound logo of this podcast. In addition, references from the elevator world have been implemented into this music. Besides providing the musical material, Sem is also responsible for the audio editing and -mixing of this podcast.

The recordings were made near a substation of the transmission system operator of the national high-voltage grid in the Netherlands, in Naaldwijk, on July 16th 2023.
All sounds were recorded using two unidirectional condenser microphones in an X/Y setup, a geophone, a contact microphone, and an electromagnetic receiver.
